Patented R75 Shell Curvature Design
Every curved surface of the outer shell has a radius of no less than 75mm. In a crash, the rounded shell glides across impact surfaces to dissipate force and reduce rotational head trauma, Arai’s signature safety feature. The fiberglass composite shell is certified to SNELL, JIS and 3C global safety standards.
VAS-V Variable-Axis Visor System
An offset pivot visor mechanism delivers smooth operation and effective dust/wind sealing; anti-fog inserts can be installed, with a secure locking structure to prevent wind leakage at high speeds. Built-in eyeglass grooves suit riders wearing prescription glasses.

Head Shape Compatibility: Optimized for round-shaped Asian head forms (Size M:57–58cm, L:59–60cm, XL:61–62cm).
Interior Liner: Removable, washable ECOPURE antibacterial moisture-wicking padding for all-season breathability and sweat management. Thick cheek padding balances snug fit for both daily commuting and track riding.
Ventilation System: Three intake vents on the forehead paired with dual rear exhaust channels create full internal airflow for efficient heat dissipation in hot weather.
